Been a little while since we had grilled chicken legs. My wife had picked up a nice package of young asparagus , Soooooo
We had picked the last of our Muscadine's and made jelly and had about a half a cup left over, so I said to myself "Self" BBQ/Muscadine glaze.
Note: For all you Yankee Boys (and girls) Muscadine's are a wild grapes that grow in the South
I seasoned the asparagus with EVOO and some Tony's the Chicken Legs the same
I had to scrape up jars and rings to barley have enough
Ahhhhh my glaze about 2/3 Jelly and a 1/3 BBQ sauce
Chicken coming along wont be long till time to glaze
First round of Glazing ( i continue to turn and glaze till it is all gone)
Just about
Asparagus Done
