Does anyone know if the Traeger meat probes will work in a Memphis grill controller? I see they both use a 3.5mm plug and was wondering if the actual sensor is the same and would read accurately?
I need 2 more probes and $160 for the memphis probes vs $20 for 2 Traeger probes... I know what you're thinking, you spent all that money on a grill and now want to go cheap on the probes LOL
I use RTD probes and thermistors at work all the time, so I know that as long as they have the same temperature coefficient and range they will be interchangeable, but I can't find detailed specs on these probes.
