Thanks for letting me join. I am a little new to smoking but ready to get going. I bought a masterbuilt gas 30" smoker, but the second time I used it the door fell off. top hinge broke.  anyway I am in west tn usa and love smoked anything. I am currently working on build my own smoker and also a sausage stuffer. Love deer hunting and have to do something with the meat. again thank for letting me join.

Welcome to the board! That stinks, something breaking on the second use. Use the board's Search and look for your model of smoker, maybe others have had that problem and have found resolution.

Also look for the smoker builds section of the board, you can smell the cutting torches.
