Just signed up this week and have been reading and learning a lot.  I have been smoking for awhile, but see on this forum there is a ton to learn.  Which is awesome.  I always charcoaled smoked, but just bought a 40 MES.  Even though i have probles with it.  I started a post on that.  Just wanted to say "SUP" everyone!!!
