Hi all, Mike from Magrath, AB here. Been doing some very amateur smoking for a few years, but just stepped my game up a little and built a fridge smoker. Installed a Bradley smoke generator on the side of an old 1950 ish steel walled fridge. After initial curing of the smoker, did some beef short ribs and they turned out great, and a couple days ago did some bacon following Navigator's recipe from here through Pinterest. Sliced it up tonight, and fried a couple test strips and we are really pleased with how it turned out. Thanks Navigator.
