Greetings all..

"Madness" here from Valencia CA.

New to the Smoker thing, as a matter of fact, it was a Xmas present and it is now on its first season burn...

Really looking forwrd to trying this out!..

Any easy first timer recipes would be great!

Funny thing is I have just quit Smoking Cigarettes after 25 years and now I'm looking forward to doing other Smoking...   LOL

I will be sure to post up some pictures of my first smoke run (please go easy on me) :)

We BBQ all the time so this should fit right into our normal routine..
