Wisconsin is big on brats, beer and cheese but there really isn't much for BBQ.  On the other hand though, since there isn't a regional flavor to grow up with you really get to be creative and figure out what you like personally.

I'm currently running the Camp Chef Smoke Vault 24.  For the money I think this is a great unit.  It's pretty easy to set it and forget it once it's dialed in at your cook temp.  I like the fact that you can use large chunks of wood in the smoking tray.  My main complaint about this unit is that I always make way too much food.

Welcome to the forum!

I have a SV 24 too!

They are a great unit!
