Hello!  I've been smoking with a sad/sorry electric unit for over a year and I've finally decided to pull the trigger and hire my neighbor to build me a "real smoker".  I've been reading numerous posts and checking out photos for awhile and finally decided to join the community... looking forward to learning from all the veterans on here and sharing pics from our upcoming build.  Thanks in advance!  --Tom
