My name is Eric, and I live with my darling bride in rural California (yes, it exists).

My stepson introduced us to smokers on our last trip to see him, and we were hooked; my wife bought a Masterbuilt Electric Smoker for my birthday.

So far, a roast, and tomorrow, pork ribs.
