I am new to the forum. I am from the Mississippi gulf coast. My wife gave me an electric smoker for Christmas! I am new to smoking meat and am looking forward to learning! So far, I have tried chicken. Today I am smoking a pork tenderloin. Should be a great adventure of learning.
