Greetings from Southern Arizona

I was introduced to this forum by a good fellow who shares the same interests as I. Landcruisers and good outdoor cooking. I have spent all my outside cooking life over fires, charcoal and gas grills, and recently harrow disc cooking. Now I am venturing into the smokey world with a Landmann 2 door gasser on order. Can't wait to get started.
