I am a smoking rookie who bought my first smoker two weeks ago, a Masterbuilt 30. I have found some good advice on here and figured that joining just made good sense. So far I have smoked two pork butts and some fresh sausage links with mixed results and am hoping to gain enough knowledge from all of you to begin getting some fantastic BBQ!

Hey, welcome.
Plenty Masterbuilt smoker people in here all day.
Also Pennsylvania smokers are pretty numerous and active here.. group you can go join if you want. It's a big group in your state.

Best of luck and enjoy. Be safe!

Good afternoon and welcome to the forum from a partly sunny and warm day here in East Texas, and the best site on the web. Lots of great people with tons of information on just about everything.
