Hi everyone. I'm a new smoker from Phoenix, AZ and found this forum through Google. I have been grilling forever, but was recently inspired to smart smoking my meats by a co-worker. I just purchased a MasterBuilt Pro dual fuel smoker. My first attempt was a couple racks of beef ribs, and the results were not that great. Today, however, I grilled some chicken wings and bratwursts, and I am pretty pleased. I am really learning a lot by reading everyone's posts, and hope to contribute myself as I get a little more experience. Here are a couple of pictures of the finished products.
