Hello Guys!

I'm Leo from Pensacola, FL. Longtime grilled but have recently decided to take my hobby to a new level and try and perfect my BBQ. Attached is my little outdoor cooking area. I have a vintage (pre-Brinkman) Cook'n Ca'jun smoker and my little Aussie grill for searing and general grilling. In the near future hope to add a Big Green Egg and large smoker!
