Have had several different charcoal/Wood and elecric smokers over the years and my latest is a Masterbuilt Electric Smoker that I have only had for about a month and I am really enjoying it. My schedule has usally only let me smoke on holidays and special ocassions. With the Masterbuilt I am getting to smoke at least once a week so I have started looking for ideas when I stumbled across SMF. Look forward to reading and sharing ideas.

Glad you found us and welcome to SMF !!!
The MES is the "set it and not have to monitor it" of retail electric smokers (for the price).
