Posted a couple messages before I noticed the note about introducing ourselves. I'm a little west of Omaha. Have a ECB with several mods, and a BDS clone. Starting to collect parts for a cold smoker for the winter. I'm no master of the craft, but I do know my way around a smoker.

Thanks everyone! I'll try to remember to grab my camera one of these cookouts. It's been super hot here, so I've been hiding inside. Can't wait for fall so smoking and blacksmithing can happen without me feeling like I'm melting. :)
