Getting back into smoking meat after a long time away from it. Just happen to find this place and I do not live that far from Jeff.

Should have been here a long time ago. Anyway, looking forward to being a part of the group.

Thanks for the welcome!!! Have a Brinkmann Smok'n Pit, but would like to have one built. Lot of guys were I live build there own. Not as a business, but as a home project.

Been a LONG time since I fired up the smoker. Thought I would try to 'ruin'

a stick of bologna this weekend to get my feet wet again.

Think I am going to enjoy SMF. Looks like I will be learning and re-learning a lot here.

Welcome Wild Bill. I live in Gore Oklahoma so likely not too far from you. What town do you live in?

Looks like it's going to be a great weekend to fire the smoker up. I just bought a rack of baby backs, an 8.5 pound brisket and am going to pick up some country style ribs tomorrow.

Be sure to provide some q-view with your bologna smoke. I bet it turns out great. Take care, Greg
