I have a barrel grill with off set smoker...I hardly use the smoker unless I am smoking jerky..(smoking some this afternoon) I smoke indirect ....mmmmm love me some ribs
Have smoked a whole hog on a block pit....mmmmmm yummie ....Hardest thing was just getting it started once you start then its cruise control time lol...smoked it for about 12 hrs...started with Butterfly cut hog skin up for 5 hrs then flip ...finish with skin down.... Oh the pork skins are the best part
