Hello, I've been directed to this forum a few times after Google searches so I thought I would join up. In addition to smoking and cold smoking, I like to Sousvide, cure meat, pickle,ferment and homebrew. I enjoy playing with temp and humidity controllers and have built my own curing chamber and fermentation chamber.

I'm looking forward to getting new ideas and sharing what I have learned.
