Hello all

New member from Quebec, Canada. I actually just received the Smoking Meat book a couple of days ago. While looking through it I realized that several of the recipes actually come from other forum members and figured it would be a good place for me to hang out ;)

I started smoking stuff 3 years ago after spending a weekend at my cousin's where and fed me a smorgasbord of delicious things. I'm looking forward to seeing what everyone here has been coming up with and learning from those with much more experience than I.

Oh, and we have sort of a "pics or it didn't happen" tradition around here. One major part of the usefulness of this site is the ability to share images of food, smokers and grills, methods, results, etc.
