New here and know absolutely nothing about smoking meats. Looking forward to learning from you fine folks.

63, married 42 yrs. I have been involved in ministry for a number of years and that is also my occupation.

I just found a smoker packed away that my wife bought several years ago. It has never been used. I want to learn to use it and that is how I found this web site.
