Hi Yall,

I've been a watcher for months and finally signed up. Been smoking every 3 months or so until Fathers Day when I got my new Traeger grill. I've always been a charcoal BBQ'r for years but was getting tired of the 20-30 minute charcoal ramp up time. I also have an electric smoker but just could not keep a consistent temp. Gas was not an option. Since I have had the Traeger, I think I've smoked more meats in a few weeks than I have done all my life. Its becoming an addiction. This seems to be a great place. I hope to meat you all and share our smokings.
