Great forum. New smoker in Wisco.

New to the world of smoking but excitement doesnt even begin to describe what Ive been feeling since picking up a Masterbuilt 40" Elec Smoker. Im an avid griller but smoking is a whole nother world right now. Ive used it every weekend since unwrapping it. I live in Green Bay Wisconsin so I should never run out of different meats to work on. I have been pecking around on google since I started smoking and your forum seems to be the top google search everytime. Ive already gotten some great info just pecking around so Im looking forward to being a part of this forum. Thanks!
