10 eggs
4 cups milk
2 cups cheese
salt
pepper
onion powder
garlic powder
1lb sausage
4 cups bread

Cut up the bread into small pieces, stale bread works better cause it wont smash as much. Spread it out in the bottom of 9x13 buttered pan then spread the cheese over the bread. Beat the eggs a little and add the milk and spices and then pour over the bread and put in the fridge over night. Cook your sausage and put it on top in the morning before you put it in the oven. Bake at 325 for an hour, sometimes takes a little longer. You can also top with green peppers, onions, mushrooms pretty much anything you would put into an omlet. I have not done it yet but a fatty chopped up would really be good.

Sounds like a manly breakfast to me!

Yes its kinda like a frittata or quiche and it is really easy to make. Plus it taste great re-heated the next few days also.
