Good Evening gals and gents... been reading some of the forum for a few days now and wanted to say hey there and I'm truly in absolute amazement at what you all have contributed to this outlet... I'm comin at ya from the hamlet of Dauphin, PA and just received my first smoker from my collective family for Christmas. From what I've seen, I've got some work ahead of me and kids to make but I hope with some of y'alls help and a little grace from the meat and smoke God's, I'll be turning out some edibles before long... Got a Smoke Canyon vertical offet and from the looks of the Brinkman Trailmaster threads I'm gonna be getting my hands dirty before I'm rolling TBS. Wish me luck!

(sp) mods to make not kids... autocorrect... best invention ever...

Good luck! It is fun and the trial and error is a great experience. I've only been on here for about 6 months and have learned a lot. Take it all in and read up! These guys know what they are talking about.
