Mrs Bear likes to keep her Eggs warm over the Easter Holidays!!

ON EDIT--->NOTE: THESE ARE NOT REAL EGGS !!!
I'm so used to these Eggs that I never even thought about the possibility of giving the impression that these are real Eggs. After reading the replies, I got the idea that some might think the Eggs covered in Crochet are Real Hardboiled Eggs.
However they are all Plastic Eggs, and they are about 3 times as big as normal Chicken Eggs. The ones in the Little Rabbits are closer to the normal size, but they too are Plastic.
WE keep all of our Real Eggs in the Fridge, whether they be Fresh or Hardboiled.
Mrs Bear gets these eggs out every Easter, and puts them in that Basket, strictly for Holiday Decoration. Then when Easter is over, she puts them away, and fills the Basket with Fake Fruit. Then at Christmas time, she fills that same Basket with Christmas ornaments. Sometimes some of them end up on the floor, because Smokey likes to play "Soccer" with them, especially the Christmas Balls!!!

Nanna does as well. HAHAHAHA!

Yup---That's where it starts!!
My Grandmother taught Mr Bear how to Crochet in 1969, while I was in Vietnam.
Then when I came back, and she came with me to Hawaii & Ft Hood, she taught other Military wives how to Crochet.
Mrs Bear became a Crocheting machine, just like My Grandmother was.
Now we got "Afghans" all over the house, and she makes a lot of Baby Blankets for the Church.
Every time they Baptize a new Baby at our Church, they get a hand made Baby Blanket, as a gift.

That's awesome!

Those are creative. My MIL taught my girls but only Amanda, the middle kid, kept going. She makes all kinds of stuff now. My in-laws lived in a post WWII development. Rows of nearly identical houses. My MIL became famous, in the neighborhood, for one of her creations. The neighbor across the street was in an accident and bed ridden for a few months. As a joke my MIL crocheted a PETER HEATER, to keep her best friends, husband's Equipment warm.
The word spread quickly among the neighborhood wives. My MIL ended up making 50 in all...JJ

the warden makes blankets for the grandkids and other stuff as well. never did egg warmers though
