Hey joe, looks like a good start. I would cut them into fist sized chunks to make them season faster. Put them in a dry place or under a shelter to keep rain off it. Use the chunks on top of your charcoal or in a smoker box. Again make sue it it seasoned before use. The wood will look like a stone chip on your car windshield (best I can describe it). It will be cracked in several places to let you know it seasoned enough to use.

Run it thru your joiner and make chips..sell it to your friend's!!

Hey that's not REALLY gonna last you that long hon, but it very nice your willing to share!

Nice dust collector you got there Wish I had one of those!

I have been slowly cutting the logs into smaller pieces with my chopsaw. Firing up the chain saw for these pieces would just be a pain...I will store the cut wood in plastic bins and let nature do its thing. I occationaly use the jointer to make chips to add to my fire. The dust collector is full of oak, maple, and apple chips.

As you can see I "dabble" in woodworking. LOL!!! Keeps me busy.

If I wasnt a bachelor I guess I wouldnt have so many hobbies...

Nice haul Joe!

Hey, if you are willing to share with a neighbor, I'd be more than willing to help ya' out!
