Well I was looking for something to do today , so I was gonna clean up the grills . Did the Genesis earlier in the week , but the rest need a little TLC .
Kind of warm out there , so I changed my plans , but figured I'd snap a pic while I had them together .

Temps gonna be back in the mid to high 90's all week . Using the Smokefire today on a whole chicken . The rest will get covered up .
Genesis and the Smokefire will handle the load during the week while the temps and humidity are high .
I love having options .

Nice looking arsenal of Cookers Rich. I'd say you're ready for any cooking situations that may arise. Impressive. I agree with Ray, take it low and slow in the heat. It's already a heat index here of 91 with 75% humidity and lots of rain expected.

Nice arsenal right there Rich. Somehow I get the feeling that somebody is a fan of Weber products :emoji_laughing: I will say that I absolutely LOVE my Performer Deluxe and it's become the most used of any of my cookers. Weber makes some good stuff. They should pay you to be a spokesperson for them being that you represent them very well.

Really nice grills. I put off cleaning the kettle and last week right after putting bunch of Hatch Peppers on to roast had a grease fire. That a first for a charcoal grill for me. Usually the gas.

Gorgeous set of cookers
I got that smokey Joe new in the box at Goodwill for $12.00 Almost felt guilty ,, almost .
I saw Walmart had a $99 deal on a 28" Blackstone . Not a place I shop , but for that deal I got my PJ pants on and went in . On the way out I see a NIB 14 " WSM for the same . $99 . They also had a Kettle pizza kit for $75 .
I passed on both . Bugged me for 3 days . I went back , the kettle pizza kit was gone , but the WSM came home with me .

91 with 75%
That's brutal Mike . The humidity kicks your backside .
How did I do on the photo ? LOL . You would have been proud of how many times I moved them around .

That performer is my work horse . Wife bought that new for me in 2006 when we moved in to this house . It's one of my most prized possessions .
I was going to buy the Camp Chef pellet grill , but liked the looks of the Weber .
You and Ray know from being Carpenters for half your life that aesthetics is everything . If it's not right it can drive you to madness looking at it everyday .
I know this is about cooking , but still . I've had good luck with the Weber pellet so far . Only one hiccup .

Looks like one happy family!
Great looking family you have there!
I still have the first 22" kettle I ever bought at my Mom's house . 1983 . The first kettle I ever owned was a gift . Early 80's 18 " one touch . I know where it's at too . Gave it to a buddy . I hint at it every now and then . He still uses it . I won't ask for it back , but if he ever offers it up ,,,

I've had grease fires with charcoal , just not very often .
I know you said you didn't care for you Genesis 2 . I just put heavy gauge flavor bars and heat deflectors in my 310 . Made a big difference on searing with that thing .

What about Blackstone griddle to complete your setup???
It's out there . Look at the right side of the picture . You can see the cover . It's sitting next to the Chimney chase . Then look under and past the control panel on the Smokefire . There's what left of a 1973 Happy Cooker . Looks like a 22 " Weber Kettle .
The MES 30 is behind me in that pic . Under the covered section of the patio .

Nice looking bunch of kids you have there ...
I've had 2 or 3 fired up at the same time . I could never get by with just one .
I too have been cruising the Walmart discount site looking for a flat top ...
The one I have was the first one . Front grease drain . When I bought that one they had nine on the shelf . I almost bought 2 .

The photo is very well staged and lit well, considering there's some sunlight to battle and some shade as well. I'd hire you for my Company as a Photographer.

Think you or someone mentioned that. I will have to get some. I actually used couple days ago. It works great for chicken!

room for one more. What would it be.
I'd love to have a offset stick burner again , but would like to have a Baby Stumps .
Honestly , I can do anything I want with good results with what I have .
That pellet grill turns out some great food . Had a " situation " with it a week ago .
I'll see what it does today . I have 100 days to send it back .
