I picked up a pellet smoker today at Walmart. price was too good to pass up. It will be at home with the treager. Wife thinks I didn’t need it as I used a stick burner most of the time and the 2 Santa Maria grills, Weber and treager are left watching. But why not.

I tried giving it to my dad but he didn’t want a smoker. Prefers gas grill. (I must be adopted). Was at the store before they opened and got the last one. Box wasn’t pretty but the unit looked unmolested

Thanks. Doesn’t happen for me very often

Wow! Good Grab!
Congratulations!

wife wife - Is it possible to have too many smoking options? I don't think so.
After all, there is more than one pan in the kitchen, right?

Ducks... runs...
:emoji_laughing:

I would have grabbed one of those OK Joe's.
When my current Gasser burns out, an OK Joe Longhorn will be replacing it. Gas and Off-set in one unit.

Excellent score!
I guess I happen to miss these clearance sales at my WalMart.
Would not have minded if that PitBoss Copperhead jumped in the truck with me.

Youall just stopit for I get in trouble lmao

Oh, Mike, that can't be avoided around here. :emoji_rolling_eyes:
I was reading a post about Vegetarian Sausage, and it triggered that "I wanna", and I went exploring about metal meat grinders that would fit my wife's Kitchenaid stand mixer, coupled with watching Disco using his Kitchenaid to make his breakfast sausage.
I refined the metal Meat Grinder to Stainless Steel, and now have a Stainless Steel attachment for the Kitchenaid, with a couple of sausage stuffer horns. And... an order of stuff from Walton's to proceed boldly into another insanity.
My first hope is Snack Sticks. I love me some Slim Jim's. But tend to choke on the price.
So Ima gonna make some for myself now, well, later. I don't have everything quite yet.
FedEx has my Walton's order on a 20 Mule Team Wagon somewhere between here and Kansas.

There is a way to avoid getting into trouble here though. Close SMF, go get a trash bag, and sit in the yard filling it full of weeds. You won't get in trouble, unless you accidentally pick a weed that is a flower.... :emoji_thinking:

At those prices you should have gotten one of each. Tell the wife after purchase it's always easier to ask forgiveness than permission... well not really but at least you already have what you wanted. Trust me on this my wife found out we owned a Lang 84 shortly after I brought it home and just last week she learned we owned a Pitt Boss Austin XL :emoji_laughing:

I was looking at the series 5 and they are $446 around here a few sites say they have limited quantities at $109 but when I checked the stores site they had none. I called one of them and the guy said they had never had them that cheap so who knows. Saved my wife from finding out we had a series 5 too :emoji_blush:

After I bought my PB on sale without consulting my better half, I spent a slight time-out in the doghouse. But after tasting that 1st beer-can chicken on the break-in all was forgiven, I think. As my four son's often say, "Don't worry dad, she'll get over it!"

When I was younger I was talking to a friend who was older then me and I said something about the wife being upset because of something I did. He asked is this the first time she's been mad at you I said no he then says "Well then it ain't the first time and it won't be the last time so don't worry about it" The next time I did something I told her well it ain't the first time I've pissed you off and it won't be the last time, well she started laughing and wasn't mad anymore. Now after 37 years she just rolls her eyes at me but doesn't say anything guess she figures I'm hopeless so why bother :emoji_laughing:
