Forget e-mail. Try getting them on the phone. They were very quick to send out the replacement rack holders. It sounds like Bass Pro might be oos, so this might be your only option.

For what it's worth, my door closes, but to get a half decent seal, it is a lift and close action. It still works great. Don't give up on this great cooker yet.

Hmm, I checked bass pro this morning and I can't find it there either.  That's where I ordered mine a couple of weeks ago, and was the only place that I was able to find it.  You can order directly from Landmann USA (if you wanna pay more than double what BPS was selling it for).  I would call bass pro and see if the are going to get it back in stock anytime....it's worth a shot.  Here's the bass pro item number....it'll make it easier if you call.  3605BGD item # 38-688-773-12.  good luck.

I don't know about that, but alot of folks on here purhased their big blocks from BPS.  Around $199 at BPS and $4XX thru landmann's website.

I have been wanting one of these for a cuople of years now and finally decided to get one. Nice upgrade from my small GOSM. It sure is a lot heavier than my small one! Looking forward to playing with it... I'll probably get to put it together sometime this week and have it ready to rock and roll for next weekend.
