Well it's been fun here and I've learned a lot!!!!! But do to circumstances beyond my control I have to part ways with this forum and the people I love so much. It saddens me not to be able to come here every day.
My computer screen is screwing up and I have to take it back and don't know how long it will take for Best Buy to fix/replace it. One guy told me up to 3 weeks...I'm already feeling withdrawals coming on!!!!
Thought I was leavin for good didn't ya, gotcha!!!! Y'all ain't gettin rid of me that easy....LOL Hopefully I'll be back sooner if I can find another screen somwhere......Have fun till I bet back......

That is Honor, and there are way too many people in this country who no longer understand it. "

You had my respect at first read of your signature .Just Sayin good luck at BB"s @ least it isn't Fry's ............

Very nice - can you see the hook in my mouth LOL
Good luck on the new monitor

3 weeks!!!
Don't you just love how the big companies pull numbers out of their a** and just throw out a random number.
I mean 3 weeks...to fix a monitor it should go a few days, maybe a week if they are busy but 3 weeks...

Well, what are ya gonna do, can't argue with the huge companies because they are holding all the cards.

Hope you get it back soon, you know you could always go to the local library and check in or check your local Craigslist, lots of times people get rid of working monitors for free.

LOL... good one! Before you let Best Buy fix the screen find out how much it's gonna cost. Might be cheaper to buy a new one! I have seen 23" flat panels for $150'ish lately - so if the repair cost is over $75-$80 might be worth looking around.

Dang got me too. You can always check the library. While my wife was looking for some books to read I snuck over to the computer and got on SMF. She came up behind me and said "don't you think you spend a little to much time there".

Man just go to wally world or sam's and get you a netbook I did and they work really good I have taken it to germany and many other places too. Thay are olny about 200 bucks and you are off and running. We even bu=ought one for our son whos just went to Iraq and it works great there too. But if not we will see you soon enough.

How long have you had it, if it is a flat screen there has been a problem with switches on the side across the board, check for a recall

You might check around to find a old Moniter such as schools, library, goodwilll, etc and buy one for temp use until yours can be fixed.
That was not a verry good joke about you leaving this site but you got me also.
