What's up! I'm Brandon, from Omaha, NE. Got a Masterbuilt electric smoker as an early father's day present and the wife and I have been loving it so far! Did a couple of whole chickens and a pork butt for the first couple of smokes, and picked up a three pound bone-in ribeye I'll be tossing in later today, so hoping for the best! Glad to be here, been lurking for a couple of weeks and it always makes me hungry...
