I just started smoking a year a go I have a 5 in one grill master smoker, bbq,deep fat fryer and so on. I am in the Navy and live in California but I am originally from Queens NY. I really like to mess with different spices from around the world and use them for different uses then there used normal. Love this sight and have come here quite a bit for guidance.
