Hello all! Originally from Indiana now living in Iowa. I started cooking when I graduated college (and then tried making "rare chicken" for a date with my now wife). Have come a long way since then. Done a few small local competitions, am a CBJ, and thinking about starting a BBQ catering business. I have 2 smokers, one small one that was custom built in texas, and a "new" trailer one custom made for me. The firebox was a wood burning heater in my grandfathers workshop (he built it). The trailer is from my father. So it is a special custom item for me. Looking forward to discussing and learning more about BBQ with my soon to be friends here. Thanks for having me! Good morning and welcome to the forum from another hot and humid day here in East Texas, and the best site on the web. Lots of great people with tons of information on just about everything.
