Good Evening from South Carolina!

  1. Howdy,

    I have been checking out this site for about 2 years and have got ALOT of info. I have finally decided to join and introduce myself. I am from the Upper Part of South Carolina. I use a masterbuilt electric smoker as my smoker and my dad has a trailered large charcoal smoker that we use on bigger smoke events. I have smoked the following so far: Cheese, Chicken(Many types), Pork Butt, Pork Loins, Beef Ribs, and Turkey so far. I have to say chicken is my favorite thus far.

    Chicken just can't be beat..... Nice meeting you and glad you decide to take the plunge and join us. Looking forward to your pictures of you and your Dad's culinary achievements. LOL Show us the "Q"! LOL.
