Gonna do some beef ribs, what's your favorite way?

Looks great. I need to get some beef ribs going, but around here all i find is bones pretty much. When i do find meaty ones , they usally cost my left nut. Lol

The local supermarket here usually has some nice ones, they have butchers there so it's a great place to buy meat, sometimes expensive but worth it, think I paid $3.70 a pound or so for these.
