Goat Cheese Stuffed Dates Wrapped in Bacon. These are so easy and so good. Just stuff the date with goat cheese and wrap in a half slice of bacon. Headed to the river with these and Bloody Mary's.

Looks great! Crossed the red river South of Clarksville yesterday going to pick up the grandkid. Was good to see water in the river again.

I also grabbed a bottle of IronRoot "Sleight of hand" last week at Specs. Haven't tried it yet but I hope it's better that the Promethean.

Hell yes. Haven't stuffed any lately, but I love the goat cheese with them. I'm sure those are killer. My mom made date cookies when I was a kid.. been hooked ever since.

The Promethean makes a good Old Fashion. I have had a sample of Sleight of hand. Seemed pretty good. The Coffee infused they did was great! I bought 7 bottles of it. Waiting for the Celt to release. There has been a bunch of Eagles on the river lately.
