Hello everyone.  My name is Allen.  I am from central Nebraska but am currently living in the beautiful North woods of Shawano, WI.  I have been using my 7 burner grill and small smokers.  I am almost done with my custom build.  Its a nice upgrade that will be housed on a 12 ft trailer.  I will post pics as soon as it is done.
