Hello

I took delivery of a DB Wifi yesterday

I have done everything asked and watched countless videos, hoovered it out to make sure there’s no blockages and it just won’t go past 68

It gets there and then stops firing then a few mins later fires up again, burns but doesn’t get past there

Ive tried it with everything on (box, grease etc) and I’ve done it with nothing on but the grill closed but yield the exact same result

I just don’t know what to do

Sounds like you have a warranty issue on hand. Your best bet is to contact their customer support. A friend had a simile issue with his and the motherboard was no good. They gave him the option of shipping the unit back to them or them sending a new bird for him to install. He took the unit back to where he bought it and bought a WSM instead. Decided technology wasn’t his kind of cooking.

My DB seems to work well. I did have temp problems at the beginning, but that proved to be the phone app,
not the grill. After numerous conversations with the software support, the problem was resolved easily.
I did have to update the firmware on the grill. As I recall, it is now at 6.8......
The wifi does have limited range, but works while I sit in my house for long cooks.
Call the company for help. They were very nice to me.
