Decided to throw some wild black cherry wood on the stick burner this morning and roll a little smoke and throw down a few beers. I smoked a small pork tenderloin and some of my jalapeno/pineapple/cheese deer sausage. I rubbed down the tenderloin with my favorite! Killer Hogs The BBQ Rub. The last 30 minutes of the smoke I basted with Pineapple Habanero Glaze. Turned out pretty good. Sausage dogs for lunch the rest of the week and tenderloin is very tender and juicy.
