I'm from the corn fields in West Des Moines, Iowa. Only smoked meat a handfull of times but am inspired by a fellow co-worker who smokes meat and now cheese. Have a Brinkman Sport Smoker(I know, read some of the things ECB?) but am looking to upgrade after some practice. If curious ARB is anal retentive, you know the rest.
