Hello! I'm from Cave Creek, AZ and am new to smoking. I have a Green Mtn Smoker and love it. Using tips I read in this forum, I've smoked a Prime Rib, a Briscut and tonight, chicken breasts. Delicious! I look forward to getting more adept and learning and exchanging ideas with you all!
