I've been getting advise from this forum for awhile now, but just signed up as a member today. I recently purchased a Dyna Glo offset charcoal smoker. I gained some experience with smoking years ago while working at a barbecue place, but just recently got back in to it. I live in the Texas Panhandle.

Bigjrfan77, welcome to SMF!  Glad you are here and getting back in the smoking game.  There are quite a few folks here with the Dyna Glo offset so any questions you have can be quickly answered. 

I'm a little familiar with the Texas Panhandle myself, having married a gal from Hereford.  Now that I think of it, I may I still have family on my side in Amarillo too.
