I love smoking meat and fish. I learned how to smoke and can salmon, made a delicious corned brisket. I'll never go back to store bought. I made my first cured, smoked ham it was awesome.
I ordered a new smoker and plan on sharing my recipes here. I can't wait until it gets here I'm going to be busy!
