I would be ALL over that . That is hands down one of the best plates I have ever seen on this forum . Add a Dark wheat beer in a frosted mug and I'd be in supper heaven .

This Norsk is so-so when it comes to some of the German dishes.
My German wife would be all over that just no gravy.
