This is my recipe to enter in the Masterbuilt contest.

Gene’s smoked baby backs….

Peel the membrane off the back of the ribs

Brush thin coat of pure Maple Syrup onto both sides of ribs.

Sprinkle  Tone’s Canadian Steak Seasoning liberally on the ribs

Put in smoker at about 220 degrees. Use desired wood for smoke, hickory is still my favorite, for a heavy two hour smoke.

Leave in smoker for approximately three hours then wrap each rack in tin foil and put back into smoker for a couple more hours.

If you like a bbq sauce glaze then take the ribs out of the foil and brush on your favorite sauce and put back in the smoker for about 30 minutes and when the meat is about to fall off the bone eat and enjoy!
