Gday, I am Baz. Australian in Vietnam

Gday everyone, I'm Baz, Australian living in Vietnam.

I have always been a BBQ-aholic and also into Grills etc, but smoking is relatively new to me.

I am looking at starting a business here in Vietnam, making Beef Jerky (In Vietnam known as Kho Bo)...and also smoking various different products.

This forum looks great for info for me, so I'll be checking it out and hopefully get some advice from the experts here!  :)

Happy to talk to anyone about possible business ideas.....product sourcing, etc......drop me a line if you want to talk about anything in particular.

Happy to be onboard, my mouth is watering just looking at some of the pictures on here!

Glad you joined the group. The search bar at the top of any page is your best friend.
About anything you wanna know about smoking/grilling/curing/brining/cutting or slicing
and the list goes on has probably been posted. Remember to post a QVIEW of your smokes.
We are all smoke junkies here and we have to get our fix. If you have questions
Post it and you will probably get 10 replies with 11 different answers. That is
because their are so many different ways to make great Q...
