One thing I am looking forward to on my next board that I had before and want again is chocolate covered dried and sweetened cranberries. It sounds weird but fits in perfectly with this kind of meal. I can't seem to find any locally and with the 100*F weather here I will not try to buy them online. they seem to have a long lead time and I think it would not make a good chance of getting here in a good condition.

My best bet is to buy the dried and sweetened cranberries then coat them in chocolate myself. I plan on just doing that as soon as I can.
