Threw on a brisket for the tourney games today. I switchedup my rub and am smoking with Pecan instead of my usual hickory. Hoping for a little better results than my last one! I'll keep you posted.
Ahhh, less is best. Welcome to the dark side, King....It was just a salt, black pepper and paprika rub. This one is one I got a while back from someone my wife works with. I've used it before on butts and a brisket and they turned out with good flavor. Hopefully it works well this attempt too.
