Got a fun week of cooks planned. My 13yo son, Bryce, and I are doing PP, ribs, Dutches wicked beans, slaw, and tater salad for his football coaches as a end of year "thank you" for Weds noon-ish. So thats gonna be a all niter. I work 2 12 hr shifts Thr and Friday. Then we have a family reunion Saturday in Arkansas. Got 2 butts and a ham and beans to cook for that. Another all niter. Not complaining. I love cooking and watching folks eat. Of course I will be posting the cooks as they are done.

Sounds like a fun week. I know I’ve been going hard on the grilling lately. Must be something in the air.
Thinking the temps have finally gotten right where we can be comfortable cooking outside. I know I am sucking up as much patio time as possible before the temps and humidity shoot sky high.

Sounds like a blast...I bet that team can pound down the food too! Looking forward to the pics.
We are just doing for the coaches and principals. But looks like we got some eaters there. I told Bryce that we'd see how this goes and maybe do a cook for the whole team next year at end of season.

Same here. Last week was in the 60s and now we're in the mid 80s. Like someone flipped a switch.

Sounds like a fine time is in store for all that attend Jim, don't forget to have some beer on ice in hand! What are you going to be smoking all that meat on? Remember to take pics! RAY

Gonna be using the MB gas passer for the butts and ribs. Thinking I might do the ham on the kettle. And I may have a beer or two to pass the time. :emoji_wink:

Isn't it wonderful to have friends and family to cook for. Looking forward to the results.
